Gluten-free flour (EU): [starch (corn + potato), fiber,dextrose, salt], Margarine [vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil),partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower oil), emulsifiers:polyglycerol esters with fatty acids, sunflower oil lecithin, mono- and di-glyceridesof fatty acids, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifier: citric acid, coloring:β-carotene], Water, Yeast, Glycerin, Bakery Emulsifier:(sunflower lecithin,).

Way of use
Leave the product at room temperature for 10 minutes. Top the pizza dough with products you like. Bake in a preheated oven (210°C) and then lower the temperature to 185°C for about 4 minutes.
Distribution
The product is transported under cooling conditions (Temperature ≤ -18°C) by company’s vehicles
Storage
Keep it frozen (Temperature ≤ -18°C).
Shelf Life
Can be consumed into 5 months from the production time (keeping it frozen)
